Door panels glide along the track using durable, fixed stainless steel roller carriages built specifically to carry heavy door panels. For oversized units, door systems are built as Lift & Slide units where door panels lift off the floor and glide effortlessly across the track allowing for large, heavy panels to operate with the touch of a finger.
Designed and built to specification in virtually any configuration. Clad Exterior/Wood Interior or Wood Exterior/Wood Interior available. Traditional and soft contemporary profiles to meet any architectural style. Extensive selection of wood species. Lift & Slide Door units available as non-pocketing and pocketing. Motorized door systems available as an option. Configurations available with up to 4 operating panels in one direction and up to 8 operating panels bi-parting, with or without pockets. Custom configurations including radius and zero post corner meet units.

Southland Multi Slide Fixed roller door units use heavy duty tandem precision bearing stainless steel wheel carriages to ensure durable, smooth operation

Trim hardware handles, cylinders and pulls in stainless steel or brass in a choice of finishes from Functional Fenestration Inc. including satin nickel, dark painted bronze, oil rubbed bronze, polish lacquered
Handles are available as fixed or removable so as to allow pocketing doors to fully enter the pocket
Handle styles include "Sierra", "Classic" and "Ottowa" by Functional Fenestration Inc.
Customer may supply own trim hardware/handles – please discuss with your salesperson for compatibility and any special door prep
