Door panels are configured to stack in either one direction or in both directions creating a large clear opening. Doors open and close accordion style.
Clad Exterior/Wood Interior or Wood Exterior/Wood Interior available. Extensive selection of wood species. Door units available as outswing or inswing. Sill options are inswing and outswing standard aluminum sill, ADA and U-Channel. Optional "man door" allows door to remain closed with a single door panel operating as a convenient everyday entry/exit. Configurations available with up to 8 panels in one direction and up to 16 panels bi-parting. Custom configurations including radius and corner meet units. Bifold windows using window sash profile available.

Centor™ Bifold hardware allows door panels to close tight against weather seals providing superior resistance to rain and wind infiltration
Southland offers two door operating options: Manually operated face-fixed drop bolts at top and bottom of door panels or Twin point - central handle operated concealed top and bottom bolts
Door panels are top hung providing unparalleled performance and smoothness of operation

Cardinal LoE Insulated glass is available as LoE272, LoE366, LoE340, LoE180 and i89 with argon in the air space; capillary tubes included for high altitude specified projects
LoE glass, especially LoE366, offer an excellent combination of high visible light transmittance, neutral color, low U-value and low solar transmission
Cardinal LoE patented, state-of-the-art sputtered coatings deliver optimal energy efficiency

Southland Bifold doors are available with an optional screen system manufactured by Centor™
The horizontal retractable insect screen creates an effective and unobtrusive means of screening large openings and is operated with the touch of a fingertip
Screens are available for openings up to 12' in width and up to 10' in height for single screen and up to 24' in width and 10' in height for a bi-parting unit
The screen cartridge mounts flush with the jamb allowing for a seamless, complete Bifold door and screen unit
A shade can be added to the screen system for certain configurations giving the discerning homeowner the means to screen for insects and also shade from sun
