Traditional or contemporary sticking profile options for both Clad Exterior/Wood Interior and Wood Exterior/Wood Interior. Square and Radius shaped windows of all types and sizes. Screen choices include: Fixed aluminum screens, Phantom® roll down screens and hinged wood screens, all with BetterVue® mesh. Weather tightness, structural integrity and long term durability including NFRC testing data availability on most unit types. Vast selection of wood species.

Monarch Push out windows with Roto® mechanisms and multi point locks include Melron® trim hardware with a stay arm feature that allows the sash to be locked in desired open position

Our extruded aluminum clad, thick wall 6063 T-5 hardness, components are uniquely tooled for and owned by Southland Windows Inc.
Clad frames are constructed with heavy extruded aluminum engineered corner key insert with injected sealant and are mechanically fastened.
Frame and head include structural metal nailing fin and drip cap.
On clad/wood interior units, all wood is covered by extruded aluminum cladding leaving no wood exposed to exterior elements.
